Simple Lane Insurance Agency Inc. texts people who opt in: replies to quote requests and questions, appointment reminders, requests for documents, and policy service messages such as renewal, payment, cancellation and claims updates. You opt in by ticking the optional text message box on a form on this site or on our booking page, or by written consent. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; check your mobile plan.
