Volunteered information. We receive and store information you enter on the site or provide to us in any other way that personally identifies you to improve your experience, understand our visitors, and contact you when needed. This typically happens when you request a quote, submit a service request, or ask a question.

Automatic information. We collect aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies. A cookie is a small data file our system transfers to your device to remember your preferences and enable features. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

Email open notices. Emails from the agency may include a small image that tells the agency when an email is opened. Mail apps that block images do not report it.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your request for quotes, issue policies, process claims, deliver customer service, administer our business, and comply with law. Credit card information (if any) is used only to bill you for the products or services you ordered.

3. Information sharing

We share your information with insurance carriers, underwriters, and service providers as needed to deliver the services you have requested. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Text messages (SMS)

How you opt in. We text you only after you agree: by ticking the optional text message box on a form on this site or on our booking page, or by giving us written consent. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying any product or service.

What we send. Replies to your quote request or question, appointment reminders, requests for documents we need, and policy service messages such as renewal, payment, cancellation and claims updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; we confirm it once and send no more texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@sliaca.com or (619) 777-7067.

Your mobile information is not shared. No mobile opt-in or text message consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The sharing described in section 3 excludes text message opt-in data and consent: we pass them only to the phone service that delivers our texts, and only to deliver them.

Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Security

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology to encrypt data transmitted to and from this site. While we apply reasonable security measures, no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

6. Children

Our services are not directed at children. Users of the site must be at least eighteen (18) years old. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Google Analytics

Google Analytics may collect aggregated data about visitors to help us understand traffic patterns. The data collected via Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting is not personally identifiable. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
